What motivates you to be visible on campus?

The importance of personal congruence, representative visibility on campus, and contributing to a more socially just society all motivate me to engage as earnestly as I can in in both self and campus growth. As part of this work, I used to facilitate Safe Zone trainings on campus with the Gender and Sexuality Center.
