What motivates you to be visible on campus?

I wish to be a visible Ally to for our prospective students (and current students once they enroll at URI) to indicate that I will support their success and sense of belonging at URI. I believe in the inherent worth of all human beings, and believe that all students on our campus deserve to have a community that supports and uplifts them.
