What motivates you to be visible on campus?

Part of the reason that I work in Higher Education is that I firmly believe in Social Justice and I believe that college students are the ones with the power to change our society and the pervasive systemic discrimination. I also believe that college can be a tremendous time of growth and my hope is to support our students through both their personal and professional growth during this pivotal time.
