What motivates you to be visible on campus?

Creating a safe and welcoming environment is essential for student learning. My objective is to ensure that every student feels secure and valued in my presence, fostering an environment where I can effectively support them throughout their educational journey and beyond. I have actively engaged in numerous Safe Zone trainings and consistently attend campus events to deepen my understanding and demonstrate my commitment to inclusive practice. I am dedicated to listening attentively and continuously expanding my knowledge to better serve as a supportive ally.
