What motivates you to be visible on campus?

I want all students — those who are enrolled as well as those who may enroll in the future — to know that URI strives to be an inclusive and welcoming place. Our community is better and stronger when we feel safe enough to be who we are, and when we care enough to open our minds and our hearts in order to learn from those who are different from us.
