What motivates you to be visible (or a visible ally) on campus?

I believe ally-ship is about taking action. I believe allies need to actively engage in social justice work. In the same way that I, as a woman of color, need to see my white allies taking action, I believe that as an ally to the LGBTQQIA communities, it is my responsibility to be visible.
