All applications must be submitted through the NSF ETAP web site.

The deadline for applications is February 1, 2026, at 11:59 pm.

Applicants must be available for the entire length of the program, May 25-July 31, 2026.

Please note that both letters of recommendation must be received on the NSF ETAP portal by 11:59 pm on February 1. Applications will not be considered if both letters are not received on the portal by this deadline.
