Access to NET-FM Space Viewer Request

Net-FM Space Viewer Access Request

This form collects the required information to establish access to the Net-FM Space Viewer. In addition to the information provided by the requestor, the form also collects the IP address of the computer used by the requestor. Property & Support Services requires the IP address of the requestor in order to process a Firewall Exception through University Computing Systems. A Firewall Exception is required so that the requestor's computer can access the web-based Net-FM interface. Please be sure to submit this form on the same computer that will be utilized to access Net-FM so that the correct IP address is identified and collected.
