Enrollment Services encourages students to seek employment on campus. Jobs are funded through regular university funding or as Federal Work Study, resulting from the FAFSA, (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
Current job opportunities, as well as eligibility criteria for student employment, can be found on the links below. Other job opportunities may also be available by inquiring with departments directly.
Students must complete the appropriate paperwork, including an I-9 form and a drug-free form through their University employer before beginning their employment. Students are paid biweekly at an hourly rate for the hours worked. Your work study employment award cannot be deducted from your term bill.

Federal Work Study
Federal Work Study provides part-time employment during the academic year. The jobs may either be with University departments or with off-campus nonprofit, nonsectarian, nonpolitical agencies; federal, state, or local public agencies.
Your Federal Work Study award represents the maximum amount you are allowed to earn during the academic year. To view this information, log onto e-Campus and navigate to Home > Campus Finances > View Financial Aid.
The University also provides student employment funds. Your eligibility to participate in this program is determined by the Office of Enrollment Services.
Students are able to fill out their W4’s and sign up for direct deposit directly on e-campus. The W-4 information, once updated, will take effect immediately. The direct deposit, however, takes on pay period to take effect. The first pay period in which the student signs up for DDP, we send a zero balance electronic file to their bank to make sure all of the information they entered into the system is correct. If everything transmits correctly, the second pay period will be directly deposited.
