Lodging and Travel

The conference is currently planned as a primarily in-person event. However, we appreciate the uncertainty of circumstances in the coming fall as well as the challenges associated with travel approval and international travel. Accordingly, preparations are being made to revert to a hybrid or fully virtual format in the event either of these is required. Every effort will be made to ensure the safety of all participants.

The planning committee has arranged hotel room reservations in Fairfield Inn at special rates for the conference attendees. Special group rates can be received using the booking link. Please contact the hotel if you have questions or problems with reservations.

Parking at the Kingston Campus is available to registered attendees. All cars must be registered with URI’s Public Safety- Transportation & Parking using the Voucher Code PHYSICS2021 to avoid ticketing.

Event parking is available at “85 Briar Ln Parking”.  Follow the signs to Memorial Union.
