Do the SLAs apply to non-academic units at URI?
No, not at this time. The agreements only pertain to services delivered to Academic Units who pay a proportional assessment within the new budget model to support these units.
Will additional SLAs be developed?
Yes, the expectation is that additional offices will be developing SLAs in the coming years.
How will these agreements be reviewed and improved over time?
Each SLA has a review date and any SLA can be reviewed upon request by one of the parties should an inconsistency or ongoing challenge be identified.

Please contact the chief business officer for your college, or the primary business contact in your unit.
Is there a governance or review structure to provide oversight on these SLAs?
The University has established an SLA Governance Team, managed by the office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance, that will review existing SLAs, work to develop new SLAs, and assist or mediate disputes or challenges between service providers and academic colleges, as needed.
