| Description: Following an investigation, in which the members of Theta Delta Chi participated fully and cooperatively, the University found sufficient evidence to support that Theta Delta Chi had engaged in hazing activities during the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 semesters, including the following: • New members were coerced or forced to engage in pointless tasks and embarrassing activities • New members were coerced or forced to engage in “Interrogation style” interviews. • New members were coerced or forced to engage in pointless tasks, such as a Scavenger Hunt. • Serving/providing alcohol to new members during multiple events. • New members were coerced or forced to engage in the heavy consumption of alcohol. • New members were coerced or forced to engage in personal acts of servitude. This included: 1. Cleaning brothers’ houses before and after parties and 2. Driving brothers to and from parties |

| Sanctions: • Disciplinary probation from August 25, 2025–May 15, 2027 • Suspension of Recruitment for Fall 2025. Restricted recruitment for Spring 2026 if all other sanctions are met and the “New Initiate Education Plan” is approved. • Fraternity Risk Management Policy Review and Affirmation and “Real Risk” Training • Suspension of New Member Activities until Spring 2026 • Oversight & Governance monitoring and support • Educational and Cultural Programming • Academic and Mental Health Programming • Development of Chapter Standards and Code of Conduct |
| Outcome(s): • As a result of these findings, Theta Delta Chi accepted responsibility for all charges and the recommended sanctions on August 25, 2025. |
