| Description: Following an investigation, in which the members of Pi Kappa Alpha participated fully and cooperatively, the University found sufficient evidence to support that Pi Kappa Alpha had engaged in hazing activities during September 2025, including the following: • It is more likely than not that the new membership program required, caused, coerced, or otherwise inducing activities that caused physical harm or threat of harm, which may have included forced calisthenics, brutal treatment, or forced physical activity and resulted in three students being hospitalized. • Serving/providing alcohol to new members during multiple events. |

| Sanctions: • Chapter Suspension effective November 3, 2025–May 31, 2031. • While under suspension the chapter is considered not in good standing and is no longer recognized at the University of Rhode Island. |
| Outcome(s): • As a result of these findings, Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity was found responsible for all charges during a conduct board hearing on December 8, 2025. |
