COMMITTEE DISCUSSION:
- Ace of Cakes
- Sim: Making certificates for additional awards
- Judging
- Nonni (in replacement of Betty)
- Mary Jo is all set
- Judges will pick top 3 for each category
- 5 points for 1st, 3 points for 2nd, and 1 point for 3rd
- Team Name Plates
- Montecalvo will create
- People working set up will put them on each table
- Cakes and Frosting
- Maynard: $279.30
- We have $300 for other supplies
- 28 teams currently signed up
- ACE
- Organization for international students who are studying English and will eventually be studying their major at an English speaking university
- Students from Brazil, China, Saudi Arabia, and Japan
- The organization aims to get these students involved on campus and allow them to see more of Rhode Island
- Language partner program
- American student and international student meet once a week
- Work with ACE to plan an event for second semester to get them integrated into the URI community

- Assignments:
- Montecalvo: Make name plates (8.5×11 paper) for each team
- Patterson: Send out judging sheet and letterhead
- Whole Committee:
- Send schedules to Jenna ASAP
- Bombard facebook with info, make profile picture Ace of Cakes flier
- Get donations for Ace of Cakes
