1. Which committee covers Disability Services

Has been cultural in the past

Both campus and committee would cover it according to by-laws

Howard: Campus does property, cultural manages environment of campus

Keep track and communicate with Cultural. Chairs should meet.

Bagley: We need to make sure the two committees aren’t counterproductive.

 

• Parking forum

 

1. Sleeping pods, possibility of placing 4 pods on campus for free using an app.2 free hours per month. Library or Union maybe. One concern was that multiple people would “use” sleeping pod at once.

Bagley: If the school doesn’t pay anything, sure.

Blancheflower: People won’t want to pay.

1. Bagley: URI faculty and students war plaque in Union. Has problems. He would like 1 or 2 new plaques commissioned. Wars separate and recognize more recent alumni who have died. Will eventually come to a general Senate meeting.

Student Veteran Organization has not responded yet.
