DISCUSSION:

What: Fall Fest is coming up on 10th October.

• Time: 10:00  AM – 2:00 PM
• Quad

 

• Pumpkins for painting
• Apples for carameling

 

What: Sexual violence awareness

•  Looking for sponsors
  • Women center
  • Multicultural Center ( George Gallien)
  • Multicultural Organizations such as Sawa
  • Using Fall Fest as a way to publicize Ice cake

 

What: Ice Cake is coming up in the last week of February

 

• New ideas and prizes

Adding free T-shirts as prize for first 3 groups

• Free T-shirt
• Reaching out to more Organizations
• Suggestion box at Fall Fest for the Cultural Committee

 

• Senator Ndayishimiye went to the Sawa meeting last Monday and he recommends more senators especially cultural committee to get involved with Multicultural student Organizations.
