ATTENDANCE: Andrew Sharkey, Andrew Pilkington, Elizabeth Blanchette, John Goddard, Chrissy Juhr, Erica Pisdadian, Steve Kahill, Kennith Perez
COMMITTEE DISCUSSION:
- RIPTA- doing better, needs to improve
- Route Shout In development- slow in progress
- Rec services Survey- completed : overall students do not support the extra fee
- Bill will likely be on the floor for next week’s general senate meeting
- Commuter lot near Christ the King will be investigated for: sufficient lighting, blue lights, and if it is in fact a commuter lot
- Dining- e-mail Steve Mello for a meeting concerning anything new regarding dining.
- Sheleen Clark- Ellery Pond make it more accessible to students , add benches
- Officer Mark Cherino will be aiding
- Steven Alfred- contacted for the new stop sign at the Fogarty Intersection
- Higher one refund system- Progress on getting checks directly instead form URI
- Hertz Cars program is not being sustained by the Hertz Company Chafee fire alarms need to be fixed, they are inoperable
- Dr. Drapeau- contact for single semester parking passes, awaiting response
