  • Ace of Cakes Competition
    • Announce at President’s meeting for February (2/6/2012)
    • Need to get supplies for this week, early next week
    • Date of Event: February 13, 2012 at 7pm
    • Call Dining Services – Ashley
      • Do we have to go through them? We are not eating the cakes, more decorating
      • On catering menu- 9 inch round cakes $15, $20 for inclusion of kit- what’s in the kit?
    • Call Safety and Risk – Chris
      • Not actually eating the cakes, but is there anything we need to do
    • Best place for the competition- MCC/Ballroom
    • Email list, be checking email for updates, discussion, and information- need to plan this in very
    • little time
  • Rammies Tasks
    • January:
      • Decide on awards- keep the ones we have or change them?
      • -Think about silly awards (ALL)
      • Ask Bookstore if they could donate Rammies Awards- if so we need to order about 15

      • Test out gold spray paint
      • Book room (if not already done)- Brittany
      • Bruce- piano tuning- Brittany
