- Dinner won’t be feasible: it’s essentially the same thing as a Rammy
- Will probably do something during a Presidents meeting
- In one meeting, there will be a nomination period
- Email people via listserv about nominations. In March, the group will cast their votes. In April, awards will be presented.

- Homework: Make up a name
- Sim:
- contact water fire management to learn about copyright infringement and other legal consequences
- need to contact union board to know the information about the collaboration
- talked to exposure and they agreed to participate

- Having the volunteer fire department: 300 dollars
- Tent will cost about 350 dollars
- URI permit to have a fire
- Bonfire checklist provided by URI
