• Received an email from a student government regarding one of the candidates to be forwarded to the search committee from Senator Sim
• Search continues, please continue to send information about candidates to cultural affairs email that you currently have
• Rammies
• Rammies are April 23rd next Monday
• Waiting on confirmation for food
• Bobble heads are in and ferns will be delivered before the event
• Red carpet is in storage
• Haven’t received many pictures from groups for slideshow, could use Ace of Cakes pictures
• Need performers still, going to contact head of eXposure and Dance Co. to see if one of their Thursday classes would be interested in doing a performance
• Going to use for the most part the same script as last year
• Making a CD of classical music to play as background music at the event
• After groups win their awards, we will take their picture so it can be posted on bulletin board
• Serving fruit punch, lemonade, brownies, chocolate covered strawberries during red carpet hour
• Possibly get plastic cocktail glasses to drink out of for next year
• Survey monkey voting ballot is online- encourage people to vote
• Counted ballots received so far for the rest of the meeting

• Heather: Contact Dance Company about performing
• Pitu: Contact eXposure about performing and Cigar about coverage for event
