• Kim added new things on the external and student senate page.
• She is still working on it.

 

Flyer

• Paul and Sydney are working on it.
• Might have it in March.
• Will find out the costs for the brochures and then we will go to Finance.

 

Voter Registration

• Might advertise how to register to vote.
• Might have a booth in the Memorial Union.
• Idea to work with college democrats and college republicans.

 

Coffee/Hot Chocolate Commuter Appreciation Event

• Haven’t started planning yet.
• Will start planning the event in the beginning of March.
• Figure out the cost and then go to Finance.
• Will try to stay under $1000
• Date pending.

 

Live right in Narragansett

• Chairman Lanoie has been in contact with them.
• We might meet with them in March to help with their brochures.
• We might look over, add, and edit their brochures/booklets.
