COMMITTEE DISCUSSION:
Parking Lots
• Fine arts lot tabled to next year
• Compare old regulations of parking to new ones
• Committee for parking, a student, a senator
• Charge teachers and faculty to park on campus
• Only 500 freshmen buy parking passes, might get rid of freshmen parking
• Can buy yearly or weekly parking passes, an idea to have semester parking passes
Shuttles
• Another year contract with RIPTA
• Two more buses then last year
• Research other universities and see if they have apps for buses (shuttles)
• App: could should routes or what time buses come at
Housing
• RA’s on calls, students don’t know where to find RA’s
• Create more uniformed steps for RA’s
• Need more uniformity between Hall Directors and their rules
• Have more housing surveys, to evaluate living conditions
