COMMITTEE DISCUSSION:

 

• Hillel
  • Has a base of $150 in budget
  • Just coming for questions on how to access budget and use the funds allocated to them
  • Event in December for Hanukah $100 in recruitment and $50 in advertising that can be used at campus copy to make flyers and can use the $100 to promote membership
  • Already set up with SEA Office and will just need to fill out purchase requisition to purchase needed materials
• NASO
  • Wants to hold a night of tradition for a cultural event. The event will express the Native American culture through different dances and music and festivities. Club already payed and funded for half of the event
  • Asking for $1900 to pay for dancers and drummers. Just need money for the drummers, dancers, and programming.
  • $400 for programming, $300 for dancers, $900 for Lights and Sounds, $200 for Decorations, $100 for Flyers
  • The event will be free to attend for all
