•       Narragansett Planning Board

o   Next Monday, 29 February 2016 at 18:30

o   Cigar writer will be coming and writing a piece, also making a video message

o   ACLU filed lawsuit in Providence

▪   Possible leverage for our case

▪   Narragansett 2100 Club sent us this article

•       Programming event with HRL

o   Chairwoman Montecalvo spoke to Senator Gilligan about this

o   HRL focuses on having students stay on campus, not off

▪   This may be irrelevant / not wanted by HRL

o   Will be working with Zach for flyers

o   Go to RA Board with fliers to be distributed to the RAs to the residents

o   Enough interest in each building, create a information session

•       Possible Public Forum

o   See how the meeting goes on Monday

•       Spring Clean Up

o     Earth Day: then April 23-24, date is tentative

•       Commuter Housing Fair

o     March 30th
