COMMITTEE DISCUSSION:

Sexual Assault Campaign

• Had forum with students, it went really well.
• Next plan to research more.
• Make action plan for university.
• Talk about “Slut Walk,” planning stages and plan it for fall.
• Women’s Center wants us to help with ‘Take Back the Night.”
• Still plan for Drunk Driving Campaign in fall.
• Go to RA board, talk about working with Senate to do programs about sexual assault.
• Sexual assault off campus. When it happens off-campus it’s town’s issue.
• Need more communication between groups.
• Another committee for sexual assault create another time for it and separate meeting for action time.
• Reach out to Director Baker, Women’s Center, Health Service and Counseling Center.
• Still want to do Consent with Tea.

Parking

• A lot of vandalism, destruction of property and cars.
• Increasing rate for parking passes.
• Increase will affect all students who pay for parking passes.
• Talk about redoing cameras in parking lots.
