    1. Who attended: President
    2. Meeting time and place: No set time or place yet
    3. Members – 8 consistent members over the summer.
    4. Elections held to our standards: No – Held the secret ballot over the course of one meeting.
    5. Purpose: Diverse and accepting club on campus. Create environment that is accepting.  Allow members to come and do whatever that lets them do whatever lets them flow.
    6. Goals: Be a club that allows members to do whatever they do to express themselves and teach others. Provide an alternative to traditional clubs.
    7. RECOMMENDATION: Conduct another election and consider the previous election as the first day of nominations.
  1. Club Baseball
    1. Who attended: President
    2. Meeting time and place: Old Mountain Field (Wakefield)
    3. Members – 20
    4. Elections held to our standards: Yes
    5. Purpose: A club for baseball. Provide a place for people interested in baseball who may not have been accepted to the varsity team.
    6. Goals: To enjoy and play baseball with other people who enjoy the sport.
    7. RECOMMENDATION: FUNDED
      1. Vote ( 10 – 0 – 0  )
      2. Need to attend senate meeting on ___September 14, 2016_____
  • Changing the Format of the Presidents’ Meetings
    • Assign each committee member a portion of the groups for check-ins on the months without Presidents’ Meetings.
