  • Campus Chairwoman Boutmy
    • Conference Call with Campus planning about skateboarding. Grinding on wood and damaging the property.
    • Going to say that the skateboarding rules in the handbook has to be enforced.
    • Committee is going to be working on Rhodyrama.
  • President Anderson
    • Going to Diversity awards so have to leave earl.
    • Want to do one on ones with everyone. Want to make sure that we are on the same page.
    • Short, middle, long term goals.
    • If you as a chair want a Liaison, get in touch with me.
  • Vice President Montecalvo
    • Working on first night. Want to do an information booth as well as something to draw some attention to us.
    • Welcome days went well.
    • Going to start check-ins with senators in late October/November.
  • Finance Chairman Buck
    • Hempfest Bill coming up tomorrow. $6000 for ATR Treehouse, $2000 for headliner band.
    • Stressed that SSDP cannot be political with event or try and push any agenda.
    • Bill is being immediately considered due to timing.
  • CIO Inkley
  • Treasurer Stikeman
    • SOLC is asking for money for supplies.
    • Get your W4 and I9 forms into Cheryl for stipends.
  • DOC Araújo
    • Working on redesigning the website. Have a couple of article Ideas in mind.
    • Both Coordinator Zach and myself will be working on the website.
    • Want to do a throwback Thursday for past accomplishments of the student senate. Could potentially work with alumni chapter to accomplish this.
    • Working on revamping the “Peel back the issues” campaign.
  • Cultural Chairwoman Kraft
    • Rhody Paws: Working on getting more dogs for the event, and the quad has been booked.
      • Health Services is doing a similar “stress relief” event the day before, April 27th.
    • Meeting with housing regarding diversity training for RA’s.
  • External Chairman Donnelly
    • Narragansett Cleanup: The Wetland Society is teaming up with SAVE THE BAY for their own cleanup. I am in the process of combining the events.
    • Been really busy with voter registration campaign.
  • SOARC Chairwoman King
    • Recognition status change bill tomorrow.
    • Ryan and I having Presidents meeting next week. I would prefer both old presidents and new annual presidents to attend.
    • Nominations for Elections Committee, Nominations and Elections for Open Liaison seats, Nominations and Elections for Summer Senate
    • Vice Chair Confirmations: FINANCE – McIsaac, SOARC – Wang, EXTERNAL – Lawrence, CULTURAL – ACADEMIC and CAMPUS next week.

            • Denied – Not enough stress on general members involvement.
