  • Decent attendance considering circumstances
  • Future Clean-up – April?
    • Possibly add more locations
    • Better promotion of the event
    • Different areas each time
    • More incentives to increase attendance – food, drink
• The Food Drive/Race
  • Reschedule race to spring? – nicer weather, better time to donate
  • Set up donation boxes at realtor offices in Narragansett and possibly memorial union
• Volunteering at Rhody Outpost
  • They are low on staff at certain times, Chairman has a sign up sheet for various dates/times to volunteer
• Commuter Survey
  • Survey draft is complete, needs to be edited and approved by Exec
  • Aiming for release before Thanksgiving Break
