COMMITTEE DISCUSSION:
- Ace of Cakes:
- Donation collection was great! Received many prizes from local businesses.
- Next steps to follow up with some businesses to finalize donations.
- Only need 3 more teams to reach registration goal
- Going shopping for decorating supplies (3-2-2017)
- Decided on a mystery item that teams will need to incorporate into their cakes
- Need senators to help volunteer at the event
- Performances during judging period:
- Senator Strassfield recruited at least two performers (one still in the works)
- URI Fencing will also be performing
- Set-up starts at 3 (Event starts at 4)

- Next meeting:
- Members should come with research on Accessibility Challenges at other schools and URI.
