Last Week Academic Complaint

• Student has not follow up with Chairman Zawatski questions about the complaint.

Academic Complaint

• Social Media and Printed material campaign to be start by the DOMR.

Academic Groups

• Groups are being recognized by senate as unfunded.
• Some clubs come to senate for funding because their departments knows that Senate will fund them.
• Academic affairs will be working with SOARC to work on mediating and address these issues with their different deans.
• Some groups had asked their colleges to fund their academic aspect and ask Senate to fund the social aspect.
• We need to reevaluate of own bylaws about why we do not fund academic groups.
• We still recognized Academic Clubs, but we do not fund them. Why we do fund them?
• We need to facilitate a meeting between college liaisons, SOARC and academic affairs to negotiate funding for academic clubs.

To collect all student clubs inside their assigned college.

• Egan and Garcia =CELS
• Cocozza = Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Others: HSS, Nursing, UC, Engineering
