Nursing
- They have a microwave, unlimited printing
 - No food from vendors was reported – meeting with vendors tomorrow, and vending machines were put
 - Finals schedule for nursing finals being discussed
 - Senator Needle’s poll said that 96% of Nursing students wanted the final in Kingston
 - New undergraduate associate Dean
 
Liaison Transition Material
- CIO Taylor hopes to work with Chairman Temple to make a template for transition materials for liaisons
 
Affordability Survey
- 12 questions and comments
 - Each question was discussed if it needs to be changed
 - Plan to send out survey in the first two weeks of the Spring Semester
 
Campus Store Visit
- They have had more responses on their survey this year, however that could be due to an increase in the amount of faculty
 - Looking for 700 more adoptions – They currently only have 300, they need more
 - Students on scholarship/financial aid may find it hard if they are not able to get the books they need
 - Campus Store is working with the faculty about submitting the books they will require for their classes
 - Flier in all faculty members mailboxes
 - Form for adoptions are on the Campus Store’s Website, under the faculty tab

- Committee members should do the When-to-Meet
 - Email is being sent to start the discussion about the interdisciplinary major program
