College Liasions
Chairwoman King: A project I would like SOARC and Academic to work on for next year is to find funding for academic groups.
First step talking to the deans and finding out how to actually fund them.
Most student orgs aren’t active enough for the college to keep track of active groups. CELS suggested when we do re-rec that we let the colleges know which one are actually active and their status.
Send each college during re-rec, a list of active academic groups to the college and give them a person to contact

Binders for Liasions
Making new binders for next semester
Resource on whats going on in the college, contact information, clubs associated with the college, majors associated with the college
Make a section on what you should talk to your dean about each month
First thing to do next semester, is talk about funding for academic groups

When emailing your dean the report when you met with them, cc all the other deans for the college
Bio and contact info page of every single person in the college- including professors for academic complaints

College of Health Sciences – new college they are voting on. Could be super helpful.
Amending part of their manual for in case of emergency – Already in effect, as long as they let us know
Chairwoman Oliver is trying to get a summary of all open liaison positions for faculty senate
