IMPORTANT:  Your paperwork is NOT official until both President and Treasurer have signed with the SOC chairperson!

Step 1.  Complete the Application for Re-Recognition Application for Re-Recognition.

Note:  You MUST include an attachment with a membership list.

Step 2. Complete the Model Constitution Model Constitution

Applications OPEN NOW and CLOSE March 1, 2021. Applications submitted after TBD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Not completing Re-Recognition will result in DE-RECOGNITION.
