DISCUSSION:

TOPIC 1: Laundry

• Want to create a laundry swipe plan similar to our meal plan
• Still deciding who the new vendor will be
• Trying to find a vendor closer to campus to make repairing machines easier
• Try to get some data on what the students want in a laundry vendor

TOPIC 2: Public Safety

• If you find ice let John Bagley know at publicsafety@rhodysenate.org

TOPIC 3: Treasurer

• Getting new tent
• Getting knew chairs in the office
• Does anyone want to join the student payroll committee?
  • 3 student senator spots open

TOPIC 4: Building Accessibility

• Brown University has buildings from the 1800s that are handicap accessible, so URI should not grandfather our younger buildings into not needing to be accessible

TOPIC 5: Dining

• Wants to set up a dining advisory board
• Wants to put more microwaves in the union for commuter
