Rode: We did a lot of awesome stuff last semester all outside, so were going to try and do some stuff that’s indoors since its really cold out. We could host a trivia night!! In early March. So what are some other things we can do indoors?
Everyone else: bingo, trivia, karaoke, game night, laser tag, ball pit, assassin?
Rode: I would like senate to allocate more money to SEC so SEC can create a new committee that will focus solely on weekend planning, so that way there’s stuff to do on weekends for students.
Hetland: try and incorporate stuff with our schools sports programs, because there is a divide between students and the sports teams.
Rode: we can talk to gaming club about it all and gain insight and help with it all.
Anderson: WE NEED A FOUNTAIN ON CAMPUS.
Rode: so we should vote on our top 3 ideas and were going to work with cultural on this as well. I’d like to see trivia with like midnight obstacle course and karaoke.
Glass: how would our trivia be different from that at Rhody market?
Rode: well figure it out as we go along but how can we get people to show up?
Everyone: talk the RA board, talk to sports team get them out there maybe?
Rode: we have enough ideas so I talk to Solomon about it and get them involved too, I want to see if we can do laser tag in the fall near first night to get people to know one another sort of thing. However we can table that for now and work on it later. For now lets focus on trivia and other things.
