- Thursday, February 25 the location is confirmed as the ballroom. The event will be hosted from 4-7pm

- An email will be sent out with a formal letter asking businesses to sponsor the event
- This email will also contain information as to what amount the business has donated in the past
- Please start brainstorming where you will be able to go to contact businesses
- Sign-ups for us Senators to host the event will be by the hour
- Selection of administration to judge the event will be done by seeing who is available at the time as this judging is informal
- People can bring a suggested donation of food or money for Rhody Outpost

- March 15 at approximately 5pm potential locations include Atrium 2 (which has the stage)
- At the meeting we reviewed bios of the people who were submitted as potential panelists
- Deliberation and review occurred
- Final 5 are composed of:
- Dr. Foster
- Annie Russell
- Naomi Thompson
- Professor Sartini
- Secretary of State Nellie Gorbea
- Reach out to more people as needed
- Advertising includes personally reaching out to clubs that would be a “good-fit”
- i.e; WOWW, PINK Women, Bond Brothers
- Also reach out to Gen-Eds such as GWS 150 to see if Professor’s will offer extra credit for attendance

- Michelle will ask for funding of these members to attend only if the member can confirm their attendance at both event dates March 4 and 5

- Senate to host one big safe zone training meeting for all clubs to be advertised at President’s Meeting
