- Update:
- We are now an eight member committee now!!! WOOT!
- Sim: Met Melvin to talk about contact information; will be receiving the most up-to-date information possible. Melvin and Sim are attempting to organize the MC groups together.
- Cicero: In the talks with Plouffe to talk about housing.
- Housing:
- Rooming assignments and MC LCC?
- Research, etc. are still in works
- Homecoming:
- Candy apples – St Pierre
- Stop and Shop trip, Friday, 26th, 1:30PM
- Will split people up into groups to gather supplies, work on bulletin board, etc.
- Bulletin Board: Sim (design the Student Senate bulletin board with Ace of Cakes)
- Shopping: Pickard (find a group, etc.)
- Will be making the candy apple on the 27th (homecoming) on football field at around 9:15PM
- We’re meeting at the Senate Office at 9AM
- Spirit of Giving
- Donation drive program
- Need a representative to go to those meetings
- First meeting is at Thursday. 25th, at Noon
- Ace of Cakes
- Where groups get together and make a cake based on criteria. If they win, they get a prize. Objective is to promote unity.

- Flyers – Sim
- Booking for the room – Sim
- Cakes donated (Dining services, etc.) – Plante
- How are we getting them to come?
- Tentative date is December 3rd, during President’s meeting. It’s already mandatory

- Student Senate sponsored Halloween Party
- 26th , Friday, at night
- GSA (and SASA) will be organizing it, but the Student Senate can sponsor it
- Student Senate has a bigger reach and probably get our name out there
- Student Senate can have a photo booth at the party
- Sit will be meeting with Executive Committee to pitch this – Sit
