  • Maybe 3 Dollars from each senator?
• MCC Thanksgiving Dinner
• The MCC wants us to co-sponsor their thanksgiving dinner on the 19th; they’re asking for $200.00
• Ace of Cakes
• We have the contingency grant!
  • For 30 cakes, 3 tubs of frosting = $238.14 – round
• We might need to get sheet cakes (12X18) instead and a tub.
• $377.52 for 30 sheet cakes and 4 tubs
• Cancellation date: 48-72 hours before the event
• We should get toppings, candy and buy them in bulk (BJ’s, Sam’s Club, etc.): cups, ziploc bags, etc. / Supplies
  • The costs should not exceed $150 for the below items
  • Skittles, M&M, Sour Path Kids, Sprinkles or jimmies
  • We need: bowls, knives, spoons, painter’s sheet or tarp, rubber spatulas, rewards/trophy, certificates, gloves, etc.
  • We’re going to allow the groups to get their own candy as well
  • Shirts for Ace of Cakes next year?
