  • Maureen McDermott
    • Looking for some funding for the new furniture in the Airport Lounge
    • Had previously spoke about Senate’s willingness to help with funding
      • Senate had verbally committed to about $30,000 last year
      • Total cost is about $90,000.00
      • Point made about how the furniture selected does not represent what the committee last year spoke about
        • Changes may have been made due to price constraints
      • Spoke about procedure for acquiring new furniture
      • $30,000 would go back into the reserve fund for the Union
      • Discussion on future union plans and how much Exec is comfortable with funding
      • Vote to fund the furniture purchase (8-2-1)

      • Bylaws quiz still happening

      • Signing stuff still
      • Looking to make the SOLC budget line into two lines
