COMMITTEE DISCUSSION:

Off-campus commuter complaint/compliments form

• The complaint box will be on the student senate website.
• A paper version will be available too.
• Chairman Lanoie talked to the lawyers and he said the complaints must be confidential.
• This isn’t only for complaints but also compliments about realtors.
• Advertise this heavily during the coffee/hot chocolate event.
• Complaints examples:
• I didn’t get my safety deposit and I don’t know why…
• This parking lot is a mess…
• Alerting students about “bad” realtors…

 

Coffee/hot chocolate event

• Have the event after spring break because of the midterms.
• It will be early in the morning like 7am.
• If you guys want, I (Kathleen) can make breakfast for committee members before hand! Or we can try to get a purchase requisition for bagels for committee members!

 

Commuter Affairs Website and Pamphlet.

 

HOMEWORK: Chairman Lanoie will send out the google docs of the information we want to put on the pamphlet. Committee members are welcome to edit/add information. J.
