• Off-Campus Clean Up: Sunday, 25 October 2015. Times are TBA.
  • People have to register for the clean up
    • Survey online
      • Share the link!
    • Reaching out to other student organizations, spread the word on and off campus
      • Director of Marketing & Recruitment Siniscalchi will be making advertisements
      • Chairwoman Montecalvo: IFC and Panhel
      • Vice-chair Kim: SAA
      • Senator Antoine: Football Team
      • Chairwoman Ferrara: Multicultural Center & Feinstein
    • Chairwoman Montecalvo will be buying trash bags and gloves
    • Certificates will be handed out for volunteer hours
    • Leadership Teams
      • Chairwoman Montecalvo and President Rode will be in charge of registration and checking in
      • Student Senate shirts to be worn on the day of the clean up
      • Invite town council liaisons
        • Tell them that if they want to interact with students in a more relaxed manner and to get to know students more personally
      • Teams will be finalized on Friday, 16 October 2015
    • Town Council meeting on the bill is the following Monday: 26 October 2015
      • Hopes that the off campus clean up will make good impressions

    • Town Council: Executive Summary of Comments to the Narragansett Town Council Regarding Landlord/Tenant Issues
      • Study based on other universities and colleges: partying is not based on the number of students living in a house
        • Based on location, community of students in the same location, etc.
        • Ruled unconstitutional
      • Read the summary and another piece of information that Chairwoman Montecalvo will email the committee members
      • Potential opinion bill
        • Should be on the floor tonight and voted next week but we do not know where the Town Council is coming from; do not want to be unprepared
          • A TBA bill will be on the floor within the next month
