COMMITTEE DISCUSSION:

 

• Regarding the Ordinance Survey
  • We will be using the data collected from the Ordinance Survey to generate solutions to the problems people are facing from the implementation of    this ordinance
  • There will be two reports generated for responses concerning URI, and 3 reports will be generated for responses concerning Narragansett
• Final Exam Event
  • We are planning to hand out coffee and cider at the major commuter lots during finals week
• Narragansett Town Council Meetings
  • Chairman Donnelly will be attending these meetings from now on, and all senators and students are encouraged to attend these meetings
• Spring Plans
  • More clean ups – expand to more locations
  • Community outreach events – more collection for Rhody Outpost
  • Narragansett Town policy recommendations and solutions
  • Carpooling program for off campus students
