Discussion:

• –Emailed Paul DOM to make us a flyer for our carnival
• -Stilt Walkers and fire eater were safety hazards and pillow pets were take off because over $7 is considered personal gift
• -Extra $300 dollars
• -Alumni Association is having carnival on the same day as commuter housing fair
• -Change meeting time Jake prefers Mon, Wed, Fri 1-5pm
• -Rebecca cant do Monday 1-2pm, Kathleen can’t do Fridays
• -Keep meetings Monday at 2pm or before Senate Meeting
• -Advertisements
• -Do drawing tickets
• -Starting Friday Jake will drive around and drop of letter and emails to student groups so they know we are having a carnival
• -Once contracts are received have to fill out commitment forms with memorial union and how many tables and chairs we will need
• -Promote to friends October 16th
• -DOC Kemplar said she will help us with our drawing tickets
