Discussion:

• -Met with Steve who is filling in for Katrina
• -Steve had concerns to reaching out to the commuters: put out flyers to business, mailing list to all the people who live off campus and draft up a newsletter for commuters and advertise the carnival in it
• -Create a commuter group-its only if students want to create the group
• -Beth Palmer from the carnival business sending the contracts today final amount $10,100 Jake will decide to do with the left over $300
• -Need at least 5 volunteers every hour on oct.16
• -Higher one account Kilduff doesn’t want to pursue the higher one account, Jake wants to raise an awareness about the account
• -Requesting Paul to print out more flyers for our carnival
• -D.O.C. Sydney is supposed to make the drawing cards
• -Send emails to the realtors and businesses to see if they will have our flyer up, Kim sent emails to student organizations and Jake will order tables and chairs for student groups and carnival in general
