- Cape Verdean Student Association
- The organization is looking for help for funding a DJ for an event that will be held on March 11th. The event will be in the ballroom and they will most likely need a security guard. The DJ will cost $300.

- Power Lifting
- Collegiate Regionals
- The team is going to the Collegiate regionals coming up in a few weeks. The event will be in Brooklyn NY and the team found the cheapest hotel. The team is asking for half of the cost of registration, the hotel, and USAPL federation fees for those who need to renew membership or new members (9 out of the 25). The group is requesting in total $84 per person and sending 25 members. The hotel is $169 for Friday and $199 Saturday. The total cost with tax is $463. This is the cost of 1 bedroom and 6 would be needed. Total that the group would need is $2659.88. There will be 25 competing who are also competing at nationals. 6 other athletes will go but they will not compete so they will pay themselves.

- 6 athletes, feb 26 27, cost is $65 per person. 5 new members need memberships to compete and each new member is $50 and we would cover half of each of these costs

- Preparing for groups to send us the budgets. We are keeping track of who sends us the budgets on a google doc. Planning dates for when first second and third rounds are budgeting will have deadlines. We will have to be flexible with stipends as stipend review will not be done until before the 3rd round of budgeting
