- Rules for Foil has changed
- The lower point of the bib is considered a target
- We need new masks for Foil events
o Without the updated masks, we cannot compete
- Some equipment has degraded and we need new ones to replenish stock
- We need actual quotes not just a spreadsheet
- Bring a print out of the price of the seller
o Committee requires quotes
- Finance provided money for maintenance of equipment last year
- Instruction Costs
- Fencing is the only group that does not charge members

- Last Year Senate paid money for capital improvements to provide remote coverage

- Alcohol Free Grant
- Requesting up to $1400 for Hypnotist and 2 ASL interpreters event
- Security cost can be removed as that comes from the security contingency
o Except not, since money made from the show will go back to the security contingency
- Alcohol Free grant money can cover even non-Senate recognized groups
- Dan LaRosa
- $10 admission
- Normally costs $3000 but will charge $1000 because of relationship between President and Dan
- Not really much speaking but lots of visual
- Thinking about using 1 interpreter with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing moving to a side of the auditorium or Projected copy image
- Saves money
- Restricts freedom
o 2 Interpreters are totally fine
- Other Sources
- SEC – depends on how well they do after the next event
- Office of the President – application only completed recently
- Diversity Fund – Not a diversity event, more a fundraiser and entertainment
- Disability Services – not something required
- Cover Half from the Alcohol Free and see if they can get money from other sources
- If no money can be gotten from other sources, return and ask for more money
