COMMITTEE DISCUSSION:

 

• Photography Club
  • Needs a bus to go to the MIT museum in Boston. The total cost would be $650 but they are asking for $550.

• Budgeting
  • Student Orgs determine what they will ultimately need for the year in terms of financial support.
  • Submissions for budgets are done online and orgs will have around 2 or so months to submit it and then senate will hold special office hours to help and finance will approve or deny budgets.
