b. Check your emails before the next meeting
i. Check before 1pm to see if the next meeting will be cancelled
2. IFC High Fives for Rhody
a. IFC returned money back to senate
i. $400 returned to Contingency
3. Surf Club – wanted to talk about the suspension of their
a. Never showed up for their meeting scheduled last week
4. Accounts Clerk
a. The candidate notified they got the position
5. Budgets
a. Budgets are now open
b. As of Today – 3 submissions
6. Inventory Tech
a. Contacted/Emailed every organization
i. Many said they didn’t have any assets
1. Any item purchased by senate
a. Not stuff that was meant for one specific event or disposables
b. Original thought was to inventory things about a certain value
2. It’s difficult to inventory everything
3. It’s to make sure things don’t “walk away”
ii. Some groups weren’t sure if they have any assets
iii. Wanted to meet with the Cigar, Yearbook, Fencing, Sailing
1. Possibly inventorying Outing Club’s stuff
b. Stewart: told the tech to do a transition materials binder
