COMMITTEE DISCUSSION:

• IFC & Panhellenic Council
  • Both looking for a category transfer within their budgets from Greek week to Philanthropy week. Programming event that will have optional donations at the end of the program. ATR Tree Houses’ Prices are rising and it was not expected during budgeting.
  • Everyone will get a bracelet when they walk in but they do not have to pay for admittance to event.
  • Security is not required due to nature of event and location.
  • The rest of the funds for the event are going to be raised through their own ways
