Powerlifting contingency grant: For collegiate nationals. Nationals will be held in Texas. Competition that only the top college powerlifters can go to. 12 or 13 lifters they want to bring because the women’s team has a strong chance of placing. Brought options for airlines, $661.98/per athlete round trip & 540/ per athlete round trip (requires extra $ for transportation on the ground) & $480/ per athlete roundtrip.

$2, 404.50  for flights with finance transportation rules in place.

Discussion positive and excited that Powerlifting had such initiative with researching flights.

Deposit is $100 per person due Friday, Powerlifting comfortable doing that themselves.

Because of the price, a bill will have to be written to go to the Senate floor. Bill will be written and motioned for Immediately Consider, with representatives from the group able to come to the floor tonight (2/14). We want to ensure that they get the most accurate information as soon as possible
